Founder and Managing Director
Marc gained insight into some of the challenges that businesses face through his corporate experience which included a senior executive role at a top 100 company. This experience inspired Marc to assist business owners and senior managers to tackle challenges in unique ways, and led him to establish his own boutique consulting firm, Marcqui Australia, 13 years ago. His vision has been to provide tailored management consulting that helps his clients strive towards competitive advantage through differentiation and lateral thinking, supported by hard financials, in a practical and considered manner. Now operating under the banner of Pearce Consulting, Marc’s extensive experience and skills coupled with his passionate commitment to create value for his clients make for a powerful combination and have led to many success stories.
Through his experiences within Pearce Consulting, Marc was exposed to many family businesses and the unique challenges they face. Marc recognised the need for specialised, quality assistance with generational handover, succession planning and other specific issues associated with family businesses. To address this, Marc established Foundation Family Business Advisory (FFBA) to provide practical, expert advice to family businesses.
Marc has an MBA from Melbourne Business School (2000) as well as Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Psychology (Organisational) from the University of Canberra and is an advisor with the Family Business Association and member of the Institute of Company Directors.
